Pirates win to Mapleton!!

Tonight the Black River Pirates played Mapleton in the Volley For The Cure game and they won in 3 sets. They had to battle back a couple times but came out on top!!! The top player was Libby Dilley with 13 points, 7 aces, and 2 digs. Lizzy followed her with 10 points, 3 aces, 6 assists, 3 digs, and 5 kills. Next was Grace Channel, Lacie Martin, and Mackenzie Charlton each with 5 points. Grace also added 3 kills, 2 digs, and 2 aces. Lacie added 7 kills, 9 assists, and 1 ace. Mackenzie added 2 assists, 1 dig and 1 ace. The Pirates next game is Tuesday at Oberlin. The Pirates overall record is 4-11 (2-7).
